Hina Kouser's Online Review Report Card

My husband has been going to Dr. Kouser for almost a year. He is a great doctor, he listens to his concerns, and cares about his pain. But most of all Dr. Kouser goes above and beyond to make sure my husband has a certain medicine that helps him the most. Dr. Kouser will even give my husband free samples to make sure he has his medicine. The staff is great too. If you need a good Rheumatologist we highly recommend him.

Dr. Kouser was very thorough with my exam. She explained all the procedures that I would be having done and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and understanding of my concerns. I would highly recommend her.

Although the doctor was very thorough and took blood and many many different tests. One year after all of that I was reading the notes where he said he did a thorough exam.. Said I had full range of motion in my neck, which I do not. Said he looked in my mouth in my ears et cetera which he did not.. I was sick that day and wore a mask that didn't come off my face the whole time. He committed a felony by falsifying documents. I'm very disappointed.

I took my mother here. The appointment was at 11:30. We arrived at 11 to do paperwork. It is now 1:17 and we just got called back to the room. After talking to other patients, 3 of us had 11:30 appointments. Luckily one walked out after waiting an hour or it would have been longer . Update: the Dr arrives at 1:25. We move to the xray and bloodwork waiting area. At 2:36, we are finished. How is any of this acceptable? Mom said that after dropping the lab paperwork into the bin, it was her turn but they grabbed someone else's ----Over four hours for this appointment---- We try to be understanding but this is ridiculous.

Negative 5 stars if I could!! Worst practice I have ever experienced. Not only wrong diagnosis but also rude staff and a provider that doesn’t respect your time. I have waited anywhere between 1-2 hours to see him at every single visit. The last time I went I got lost and GPS directed me to another office in Morristown. I was 12 minutes late and after having me sit in the office for 30 minutes, refused to see me because I was 12 minutes late. This was the first time that I had ever been late and things do happen sometimes that we can’t help, that is life. I totally understand that schedules need to be kept as close as possible but there does need to be some understanding there. Especially if the patient has a good history. The office wasn’t even ready and even if I had made it early, they wouldn’t have been ready for me and I would have had to wait my typical hour or so to be seen. I will never be back nor will I ever go to a healthstar affiliate. Horrible facility! Do your research and go somewhere else! I have my own healthcare practice and would never treat my patients like I was treated at Dr. Kouser’s office. Disgusting!

I would Run Really fast from this place she is Most Horrible Doctor Ever tell you Something that you may have and Don't have and Bill you for it when you have medical records saying what you have won't even Look or Care Absolutely No Compassion at All !! I have saw Dr kouser more than once I feel he wonderful dr.he explains everything and searches what feels needs to or get help if nothing he can do .staff is very friendly and its very clean

I've been going to Hina for at least 12 years she is always compassionate and concerned about her patients she has kept me doing well although I don't do as she tells me at times but I'm just not the best patient, She is really a good doctor, and I recommend her to any one wanting a caring doctor
