while waiting for my nuke meds to cycle through my body an announcement came over the intercom no no announcements.. just Christian preaching literally had someone come over the comm system to use for religion. preaching over an intercom wow. trying to make people listen to it. nope i walked out. very inconsiderate to assume everyone is a christian. very offensive.edit after speaking with a few hospital nurses it seems that its part of the contract with the hospital when it was purchased previously. forgot to include before i finished my visit that the nurses and other staff were great and very nice told me how long the announcements would last.

I went there yesterday I waited 5 hours and my blood pressure was 160 over 120 they didn’t even bother to bring down my blood pressure and they checked it only 2 more times after that and it was still high they didn’t give me nothing to bring it down just sent me home with palpitations bc my heart has been acting up I will stick with ut it is worth the drive my nurse was a male and seemed like he didn’t even want to be there and complained about how the shift before him didn’t leave nothing stocked they seem not to care about anyone only if you’re dying or have a stroke or heart attack

I fought long COVID for months after catching it in March. I was doing much better until yesterday I found myself having trouble breathing again. My oximeter was showing random drops in oxygen all day after which it would come back up. This hasnt happened in awhile so I was understandably concerned. My oximeter consistently gave normal readings for my husband. I told my doctor and she said to go to the ER for monitoring.By the time I got to the ER my oxygen had stabilized. Despite showing them a photo of my oximeter from earlier the ER doctor was extremely dismissive and condescending. He immediately started treating me like I was just a hysterical fool and actually criticized me for watching my oximeter saying I was just giving myself anxiety. Nevermind that I frequently still need my oximeter to monitor my heart rate during physical activities because my heart rate has been higher since catching COVID. At the ER I was swabbed for COVID but the ER staff threw the sample away and refused to send it for testing. This is disturbing since my unexplained oximeter readings at least merit testing for reinfection. I ended up going to Walgreens today to be tested.The ER did an xray of my lungs from only one view instead of multiple views as my doctor had done when I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Given my mistreatment from the very beginning of my interactions with the ER doctor I have zero confidence in their evaluation of my health. If these symptoms resurface I will definitely look elsewhere for help

This place is ridiculous took my daughter to have an ex ray done on her wrist and hand. Sat in waiting room for 35 min then they finally took us back to sit in the hall on a bed and have been waiting for two hours in pain and still they haven’t come to do an ex ray. Really how long dose it take to make sure someone arm isn’t broke

My dad is in the er for COVID pneumonia the staff is changing the protocols every other time we come in. They go in and out his room without washing hands no PPE besides a basic mask. They allow some people to be in 2 at a time and then change it to one at a time. Thankfully my dad is strong and is fighting but they are also allowing homeopathic remedies in his room which is not allowed under any other circumstances in any other hospitals. Additionally all the hand sanitizer is completely empty in the waiting area and the ppe we wore into the room was trashed into the staff trash can behind their work station

Giving one star to this place is generous at best. I had testing done here and never received the results. My doctor who referred me to get testing done at the hospital never got the results. They said it was a “glitch” in their system. I had a serious bacteria in my colon and they didn’t think those results were important to relay to ANYONE. I have called FOUR times with someone promising to get back with me to cancel the bill. NO ONE ever called me back The dr who ordered the results took off his bill off bc of Tennova’s negligence. Now Tennova has sent their bill to collection. If you value your health go anywhere else. These people are negligent and tacky.

do not go here. went to er sat for 45 minutes got up to walk out. then they decide they can see you. want you to sign a paper saying you refused service. what service. if i am walking out dont ask for my insurance card. they do not care about people. they care about money or if you can sue them.

If youre going to the ER take the extra few minutes to go anywhere else. Between nurses putting IVs in without wearing gloves staff threatening to call CPS because a parent wont hit a kid and the highest prices around youll leave feeling worse then you went in

I want to share that I took my daughter to the er and she was admitted to the floor was on 2 and then transferred to icu and there are two nurses that I want to be recognized for the love and caring of my daughter and the are Sheli Zeunlk and Jennie whes I want to thank you for the help and just being yourself thank you
