Too bad you cant leave zero stars. Was left in waiting room for over an hour with a newborn because of insurance companys mistakes. Could have had an appointment rescheduled or at least let us sit in one of their many empty rooms. Finally was taken to a room and sat for another 30 minutes with an empty office. When i expressed how ridiculous the situation was i was told i need to contact my congressman I need to contact a congressman over your offices procedures. What a joke. Today we were told we cant come to our now 6 month olds appointment if we dont wear a mask. Even though last week we came into the same facility for covid test with no mask on and no one said anything. This place has become a joke

I have been with Dr. Laura for 14 years. She is super doctor great with kids always gives you her undivided attention. The entire staff at Mountain View are absolutely amazing.

All of my children have seen both Mr and Mrs Kraus I would recommend both Doctors One of my daughters is special needs Dr Laura will go out of her way to make sure my daughter is well taken care of.

Great office staff with a sick clinic very morning at 745 am and then again at 3 in the afternoon its a breeze for me and the kids I love this whole office

I have taken my son to Dr Laura since he was born and I have taken my daughter there since she was almost 2. She is a wonderful doctor and always takes the time to make sure she takes her time. I have not one bad thing to say about her or her husband. AWESOME Doctors office

She is amazing with all my children and you can tell she really cares about her patients. All of the staff is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone If you want someone who will take the time and listen to you and help in anyway possible she is the doctor for you
