Needs to improve her bed side manner. Needs to answer questions with paitence and should consult patient before making any decisions about treatment.

I don’t think she’s rude or has bad bedside manner like I’ve read. She just has a confident and direct personality. She is knowledgeable.. way more so than most. Only downside is it’s hard to get a word in sometimes with her and she is a fast talker while giving you instructions on meds and tests. She is thorough though and checks all of your history. Good about following up with things.

Dr. McDowellJacobs was amazing She was extremely knowledgeable and straight forward I felt very comfortable with her as my surgeon. She did an amazing job I like her confidence it is reassuring.
