Good primary care doctor, takes my insurance so there's a plus

The Doctor is fine, the rest of the staff is downright awful. My husband has been requesting that they send his medical records to his insurance for the last three months now and they have still yet to do so. On the rare occasion they answer the phone, they are rude. Save yourself the trouble and find another Doctor's office.

I just switched to Dr. Sullivan and had an appointment with him. He spent the time to ask about my symptoms, which i appreciate since i have had physicians who made me feel like they are uninterested in the problems Im having and cant help me. He performed examination and ordered lab, imaging tests. Everything i anticipated for an accurate diagnosis. I recommend him.

I've been a patient for more than a decade. Great ladies running the place. Clean Dr.Sullivan is like family. He's taken care of a few of my family members. His staff is top shelf.. Shannon is a stable part of the unit. She's on top of it all.. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else..

Had an 8:30 appointment, at 9:30 I decided to just leave. I had already decided this would not become my new primary care physician when the receptionist made an old man tell her why he was there today in the small lobby after he tried to be discreet a few times.

I had an appointment I showed up 20 minutes early to, because I was a new patient and knew there would be paperwork. I had it all filled out prior to my appointment time. They took me back to the exam room where I waited for 90 minutes!! I walked out and told the nurse “I’m sorry but I’m going. I’ve waited 90 minutes, I’ve never waited that long for any doctor and it’s rude.” On my way home I received a call from a lady who said “I heard from the nurses that you left.” I responded “yes, I’m sorry but I waited 90 minutes and that’s so rude.” Her response- “No, you’re rude!” I couldn’t believe the arrogance. No apology for the wait. No explanation that he was just running really late that day. Nope. Go ANYWHERE else!
