Dr lingerfeldt is so sweet. When we were trying to figure out why I was having a chronic cough she listened to suggestions I mentioned from my daughter who has a doctorate in nursing. She didn't act offended. She honestly wants to just make her patient better.

I'd been seeing Dr. lingerfeldt for about two years though, her and her nurses are wonderful, even the sweet young redheaded receptionist ....you could tell they all really cared about helping their patients. But there was one receptionist who started to treat me like dirt the second I lost my job to Covid like millions of other hard working Americans in this country. Dr. Lingerfeldt agreed to keep seeing me until I got a new job and was able to start paying off the bills of seeing her without insurance. And everyone else in the office was fine with it except this mean, angry old lady they had as receptionist. She's yelled at me over bills during calls to lingerfeldt about panic attacks. And the lastest issue was I finally got a job and have yet to get a check yet, but got a very sever sinus and ear infection that was making it dangerous to walk and drive. I was also running a fever. The receptionist rudely said that she I couldnt be seen until I paid the 900 dollar I didn't have yet

This doctor has to be the nicest, most caring doctor I have had. She listened to my needs and got to the solution fast. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants good one on one patient care.
