Ambreen Warsy's Online Review Report Card

After my previous doctor left the practice, I had my annual physical with Dr. Warsy. The physical was very rushed, and she did not complete many of the basic items that had been completed in every physical with every other doctor I have seen. The bloodwork was basic and there was no urinalysis, which had revealed an issue at my previous physical. She said she would see me in two months. There was no follow up from my bloodwork, and a couple of weeks before my next appointment I received a letter she was leaving the practice. It is obvious that she never intended to have that second appointment and pencil whipped my physical. I would have preferred for her to not have taken the appointment and I could have gotten a head start on finding a new doctor. Given that behavior, I do not believe she has any genuine concern for her patients.

Would not recommend this Dr for anyone. I have been going to this office for a few years and seen another provider here who recently left. Dr. Warsy does not care about her patients. At least not this one! She gave me the runaround about a medication and then refused to refill it with know explanation. If you haven't seen this Dr. Yet, please don't waste your time.

I have been a patient in this office (under another provider) for at least 4 years or more. I have fought to advocate for myself and finally had my medical issues somewhat handled (as much as someone in end stage renal disease can). My doctor left the practice in June and I was bumped over to Dr. Warcy’s practice. I never expected to be treated the way I was on my first visit with her. She spent maybe 10 minutes in the room with me. Asked who I lived with, then just flat out said I won’t be refilling two of your prescriptions and you can just stop them cold turkey. Now I know I have withdrawal symptoms because I have ran out of these meds and have been sick from that. She did not offer any other solutions to manage symptoms that these meds covered. Next we moved on to my asthma (where I have been in a flare up for a week or so now. I have inhalers, a nebulizer, and when things are this bad I normally need Prednisone or a steroid shot. I was given a steroid inhaler and some Cingular. I had high hopes it would help, but here I am 2 days later still wheezing and using the nebulizer every 4-6 hours. Also I was handed a paper to fill out for the next time I return (and Dr. Warcy said IF you choose to come back!) that didn’t even have my name written correctly! It was the wrong last name! Needless to say, I will not be going back. I am 99% positive that she just didn’t want to deal with someone of my level of care needed. I have never been so disappointed in a doctor before! Highly do NOT recommend!

*update* after filing a complaint with my insurance, Ballard and the medical board for medical abandonment, Dr Warsy told them I was drug seeking. I never once asked her for any pain medication. I'm beyond furious! Not only did she drop me when I desperately needed medical care but she lied to the reason why. I didn't ask for pain medication because the gabapentin I was already taking worked to control my pain from this rare disease. What kind of doctor does that? Accusing a person of drug seeking is a very serious allegation especially what a person is not drug seeking. * I recently had an appointment with Dr Warsy because I developed Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. I needed a referral for a neurologist and had to go through my primary doctor to get one. During my appointment, Dr Warsy took a complete history of my medical condition, asked me questions, discussed talking to a radiologist about me having a CT or an MRI, changed the dose of my gabapentin and prescribed a medication for high blood pressure, and also ordered a full blood work up. Oddly, she never actually did an exam on me, didn't listen to my heart or lungs, didn't look in my ears or anything else. She just sat at the table asking questions and taking notes. She put in a referral for a neurologist but never actually named a doctor. I had a follow up appointment, with her, for a couple of weeks later. Four days after my appointment, I received a call from someone in the office telling me that Dr Warsy is "dropping me as a patient", saying "she can not handle my level of care". I asked why and was told that she didn't have to say why. I told this person that I had already waited many weeks for the appointment and really needed that appointment/referral to the neurologist. She said I would have to find a new doctor. It didn't not matter that I would again have to wait for weeks to get another doctor's appointment. I filed a complaint with my insurance company, I will also file a complaint with the medical board and I am considering legal action. This is medical abandonment and is unethical to drop a patient during treatment, it is also illegal to discriminate or refuse to treat a patient because of medical conditions/ailments. I'm worried about how many other patients she has done this to. Know your medical rights.

So glad to have found a knowledgeable doctor who treats her patients with respect, empathy and kindness. She answered all my concerns and did it in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!!

Dr Warsy seems to be very caring takes her time with you and really listens to your needs, I highly recommend.

Have had nothing but a wonderful experience with her. Great lady and caring doctor. Have been seeing her for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience.

Dr. Warsey has a caring attitude, and listens to what you have to say rather than just telling you what the plan is. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are the only person who is important while she is with you. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes, either, which is very much appreciated.

Two appointments, that's all it took for me to change providers. She contradicted herself, my specialists, and my diagnoses then refused to listen to my current concerns in the span of fifteen minutes during my second appointment, leaving me at first bewildered then later angered by her mistreatment. She made it abundantly clear she doesn't care.
