Dr Proffitt is awesome. But my name was called and a male nurse was about to give me a shot intended for someone else. Then the lab did not put my name on my bottle of urine. Every abnormal result I had the week before disappeared! My urine showed perfect results. I really don’t think it was mine. I brought it to the lab’s attention that my name wasn’t on the bottle. They made me “set it on the counter “ and leave. There was also ANOTHER nameless bottle on the counter at the time. I should have refused to leave it there. But they made me feel intimidated. Then, my last visit , the very exact circumstances happened to an elderly lady sitting beside me! Her story sounded exactly like mine! How often does this happen? And, how many patients are being misdiagnosed because of it?!?! It’s very disturbing.

Dr. Proffitt is one of the most unique doctors that I have ever known. She always takes time to "listen" to your comments and always works diligently to find solutions to help make life better.
