First appointment waited 1 1/2 hours before getting into a room, then 20 minutes more before doctor came in. Second appointment 2 hours plus. Third time an hour and 15 minutes. This seems to be standard procedure, because the waiting room chairs are usually full. Needless to say, will look elsewhere if and when I need an ENT. To make matters even worse, the girls at the front desk with some of the nurses are very loud and joking around about stuff. Other medical offices I’ve been in are always peaceful and quiet.

This place is excellent. Every single person that I encountered was so kind. As I sat in the waiting room I couldn’t help but notice how sweet the receptionists were to the elderly that came in. The Dr Walls was excellent with my Dad and is helping resolve his issue. Highly recommended!!

My appointment was scheduled for 8:50 I got there at 8:42 signed in and it was 9:50 till I saw the doctor. Sort of made me feel like a third class citizen. Everything else that the doctor did was fabulous I give him an excellent rating. They just need to learn how to schedule their patients timing a little better. Maybe not enough doctors and too many patients. Or possibly too many patients and not enough doctors. Thank you

So good to walk inside this facility and NOT be required to wear a mask. Some medical offices still ask for mask's to be worn. Enough is enough! Why these liberal owned practices still insist on making a political statement with mask wearing. It's over guys. We live in a democracy and as I mentioned, Stop making mask wearing political. They don't work and aren't necessary. The human is an amazing machine at fighting off viruses and building it's own immunity. I will definitely recommend this Ear Nose and Throat Specialist.

The only thing for me is the wait. Almost 2 hours before hearing test. I was really tired. I ended up laying down on the bench when I got in the exam room.
