I went when I was 15 and it was horrible. They let a little girl cut herself under the table and watched. I had to stop her. They got mad and gave another girl an additude for punching a window when she was in crisis. When they strip searched me I was given dirty looks. They played songs that triggered me like really sad ones. They also took my blood three times and I was scared to refuse. DO NOT GO HERE. Talking to a cardboard box wouldve helped me more than they did.

I went there a year ago the chicken tenders were bussin but I still want to kill myself.They also shut my buddy in the fish tank and held the door closed until he wasnt angry anymore. They did it so he could cool off he was fine before they forced him in. A girl tried to kill herself the first day I was there. My therapist there spoke to me once and basically taunted me for not trying hard enough. There was also a little boy but you can only imagine how they treated him when he had a meltdown. He was around 7 I believe.This all happened in the Willow unit.

I went to woodridge Willow unit and it was really great the food was good and the nurses were really nice. They tried to make it seem normal but theraputic so i got the help I needed. The doctor was sort of clueless though.

This place helped my mental health jurastically There are so many amazing nurses like Patience Ashley Tiffany and in the activity center Brandon Delores and Hunter helped the most. If you’re worried about your kid going here don’t be Just make sure you don’t interact with a staff member named Jim... he’ll intentionally throw your shoe on the roof FOR NO REASON But thanks to all of you who helped me outMatt stone

if they didnt make you sign a contract as soon as you get there while youre high on drugs they forced on me about how you wont tell anyone what happened in there. The stories I could tell are awful. Id rather die than go back in there. Ive been twice. the staff treat you as if you are less than human. And punish you if the one of the 515 thick plastic bands just so happen to cut you because youre trying to kill yourself no Im trying to wash my hands and these things get sharp when youre not allowed to take them off for a week even when you shower They talk to you as if you know absolutely nothing. Youre not allowed to do anything other than watch the one soap opera that the old hag behind the desk that treats you like shes preferred if you had died that end up there wants to watch or do a puzzle with half the pieces missing.

My Boyfriend was in woodridge for 7 days everything I would call to check on him they so nice and kindIl This is Darrell and I was in there for 7 days and I couldnt ask for noone to be no better to me as they was at wood ridge Ill give them a 10 star. Thanks to God and the The dr and staff they help me. Again thanks to all at wood ridge.

It was horrible they invaded what little privacy we were SUPPOSED have. We were stripped daily which is against the rules there were roaches in our food and a staff member had actually slapped a patient. this had happened in the Willows Unit
