HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nerren. He is very knowledgeable and professional, yet personable which is an added bonus. He is extremely thorough and goes out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable and understand all that is being discussed. I have had nothing but great experiences from the nurses and staff as well. Highly recommend Johnson City Internal Medicine.

Dr Neeren, Amber and SoFHA provide excellent service. From check-in to check-out the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the reminder texts and the attentiveness that I receive before and after my appointment. Dr Nerren genuinely cares about my health and isn't quick to prescribe medicines when other treatments may work. I also appreciate that SoFHA doesn't have a hand out to collect payment before I've even been seen by the doctor or the blood lab.

I never wait very long. The employees are positive, cheerful and knowledgeable. Dr. Nerren and his nurse are very pleasant, helpful and congenial. I feel fortunate that they are there when I need them.

Dr Nerran continues to be my Doctor. He is very caring, knowledgeable and He and His staff do a great job following up with me. He Is very thorough and I feel confident in His abilities as my primary care physician! I have reccemended Him to other family members.

Dr. Nerren is a wonderful and caring doctor. He has helped me through some hard times and I can’t say enough good about him.

3 visits mentioning an ailment only to get the brush off. Did not even offer to order a diagnostic to confirm or rule out. I had to handle the situation myself and go directly to specialist just to get diagnosed. Luckily it healed. Specialist confirmed it could become more serious and require surgery if it did not heal. I feel Dr Nerren’s lack of attention was just plain unacceptable. I paid for those visits. I take my health and money seriously. As well I had an on going infection that required antibiotics to overcome. Again, another brush off and misdiagnosis. I had to go some where else to get the care I needed. I had already been battling this infection for over three weeks. Great ratings for this doctor? I don’t see it. He is definitely lacking in my book. Don’t be fooled. Look deep. Doctors show it if they take healing and research serious. This guy, maybe a celebrity?
