This is the only doctor to ever hear my story. He spends the time to get to know me and help me fight my addiction. He has built an unbelievable facility with loving and caring employees. They just don’t push you out the door. I go to groups and counseling which help me understand how to cope. Love you ETR.

I love this place. No other place spends the time with their patients. Dr. J give his time and fights for his patients. He started taking insurance to save as many lives as he could. He spends a lot of time with his patients and makes them believe they can do it.

I have never had a doctor spend the time to get to know me as a person. He truly cares about his patients. No other doctor in this area takes insurance for addiction. The groups are great. Jan Ann is wonderful. Jill is always ready to talk and help me with my social needs. God bless East Tennessee Recovery.

Dr. J is by far one of the best doctors in the tri cities. He truly cares about his patients, unlike some doctors. I feel he really cares about our well being, as well as our families. He has been a blessing to my family.
