Good concerned care but horrendous wait time with a tv so low no one could hear over the whining child. He came later but was taken back sooner after approximately 1 hour to wait in a room and the lady who told them she had to pee was taken ahead of two elderly patients and myself who continued to wait. Did I mention that this woman sat drinking bottles of water? We had nothing to drink. I saw 3 people leave after waiting about 2 hours. Don’t go without asking wait time and if 3 are sitting go to a different clinic

Called early and was informed that all appointments were filled however, telehealth was offered as an alternative. Provide time to drive up for COVID test and also time to speak with Dr. Stoots. Could not have worked better. Professional service, knowledgeable staff and on time appointment.

I resently had a medical issue and Dr. Stoots was excellent. She answered all my questions and then recommended an excellent course of action. She did this in a very caring manner.

Dr Stoots was amazing in helping get a treatment plan for my son’s poison ivy. No complaints about her whatsoever. She was great! However, the front desk attendant made us wear masks. It is time to move on from that, first of all. Secondly, I didn’t appreciate them telling my son (whose face was covered in poison ivy) to wear a mask. 😡
