List of Daniel Haynes's Reviews
Dr. Haynes is a trusting, professional plastic surgeon. He is a perfectionist in surgery and in his office. He listens to the patient and answers all questions. He had done many surgeries from five years ago until 2 weeks ago. After my double mastectomy he placed my expanders for implant surgery later on. After the completion of filling the expanders, I had my implant surgery which went great. The implants looked wonderful. He has also removed extra tissue under my arms that was left from the stretching of the expanders. He is the best and you won't find a better plastic surgeon and a better assistant than Dr. Haynes and Tiffany. All patients concerns are addressed by him and his staff. They are the best!
I was treated unfairly by Dr. Haynes. He cannot be trusted. He seemed friendly at the first consultations, and I expressed my deep concern about having general anesthesia for my left breast lift procedure, because I had a concussion just five months prior to the surgery, and I also told him about problems I had after an epidural. He assured me that my surgery would be done under local anesthesia instead, and his staff also confirmed this to me on the phone. Then, just days before my surgery, I learned that they were going to be using general anesthesia instead, despite my concerns. Dr Haynes had lied to me. I have felt bulled over by doctors before, and at that point, I did feel like I needed to just agree to do it their way, if I wanted to have my asymmetry problem fixed. So they did the surgery under general anesthesia, and by the next day I knew that something was very wrong. My speech was slowed down with a straining feeling in my brain and tongue muscles, chewing food was slow and difficult, my tongue muscles had lost coordination, I was staring and spacing out a lot, very sensitive to light, worsened headaches that lasted longer and are more frequent, these are just some of the symptoms I've been experiencing over the last few months, since my surgery. Also, vertigo sensations, walking differently, appetite changes, sudden feelings of nausea on the verge of throwing up, and very depressing mood shifts. It's been four months now since my surgery, and I'm still suffering the consequences. While under general anesthesia, I experienced something known as anesthesia awareness. My body was numb and my eyes were closed, but I could hear them talking. They were looking around and commenting on areas of my body, that were not necessary to the surgery. They commented on some dental issues I have, that haven't been fixed yet, and they commented on my tattoo, etc. It was very embarrassing. Dr Haynes does have some good skills as a surgeon though. My surgery turned out mostly okay, a definite improvement from how I looked, before. One breast remains slightly higher than the other side, four months later, but it's close. I may be able to even out the appearance with some areola tattooing, instead of having to get a small lift on the other side. There are still some dark sutures showing through my skin, that never dissolved. I'm not sure how long that is supposed to take. But the vertical scar on my breast is at a slight diagonal slant, which I think helps it to blend in more, than if it was totally vertical. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience. Maybe he treated me unfairly, because I am a single mother, I don't have lots of money, or he just sensed weakness in me. But I was nice and polite to everyone there, paid all the money I owed for the surgery, and expected a better experience. I dont think plastic surgery should be just for the affluent. It should be seen as a way to improve someone's confidence, so they can look and feel more normal. This has been my experience with Dr Haynes. It's definitely worth considering all other options out there, before choosing him as your doctor.
Awesome Doctor. He has such a good bedside manner. Very polite, caring and professional. If I had found this wonderful Doctor from the start, I may have only had to have 1-2 breast reconstruction surgeries instead of 6 or 7 surgeries. I would highly recommend this doctor. He has repaired what I had previously had done that I was very unhappy with after a double mastectomy. Dr. Haynes is a Great Doctor to work with and his staff is very nice and helpful as well..His work is Top Notch and I am very pleased with his work.
Wonderful Dr. and staff, very professional and knowledgeable. I have had three and will soon be having a fourth surgery with Dr. Haynes and he is excellent.
Dr. Haynes is one of the most personable, caring physicians I have ever been a patient of. He spent lots of time going over all aspects of my surgery before we confirmed to ensure I felt 100% confident in moving forward. I am so happy with my results and he is the only doctor I would consider using for future plastic surgery procedures. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I was referred to Dr. Haynes for breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. He and his office staff were so kind, helpful and professional. I received excellent care and am very pleased with the results. I could not have asked for better care.
He made me feel relaxed in asking him questions about my procedure. He is an excellent plastic surgeon who is very experienced. Staff is also very courteous.
He is awesome ! He's not only a top rate surgeon but he is nice & understanding as is his office !!
Dr. Haynes along with his staff are very professional and polite. They take as much time with you as you need which is the only reason why they get behind sometimes. Dr. Haynes makes you feel very comfortable and is a perfectionist. He knows its his name on the line and he takes extra special care of every patient. He doesnt just come in, put in the hours and go home. He knows that every person that comes through the door is trusting him with their life. I would reccomment him to anyone. He and his side kick are fabulous.
Dr Haynes and Vickie are great, worked out their schedule so I wouldn't have to have two separate surgeries. I had a bi lateral mysectomy with tissue expanders placed same day. Very informative and caring would recommend to anyone.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
