Elaine Pugh's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Pugh has been excellent in treating my 2 grandchildren. I respect the advice she gives and find her to be straightforward and direct. The office staff and nurses have all been great too. Have never had to wait long either.

Dr.Pugh and her nurses as well as her PAs have been wonderful to work with the past few years. Always willing to listen to me & my concerns & are great with my kids!

Dr.Pugh is the smartest pediatrician ever! Example my son needed his appendix removed. The Medical Center took his bloodwork and said it was normal. The next day she quickly called telling us to get to the hospital. His CRP level was 58.3! It should be 1-10 level! The emergency room again tried to refuse him a C.T. Scan. Which she was the one to order it. The medical center would not! She was right without even seeing him. After the hospital listened to her they gave him a C.T. Scan. Admitted him right then. Appendix was removed in the morning! She has also been absolutely amazing with my childs A.D.H.D. and asthma! She truly cares about her patients and will absolutely help your child.

Mrs Pugh is straight to the point especially if you aren’t doing something you need to be doing as a parent. I love her for that. At first it’s intimidating but she knows what she is talking about. If a parent knew everything then why would they go to the doctors. I rather someone like Mrs Pugh to tell what i need to do to better my kids futures or just her advice in general; then someone not tell me and my kid suffers from delays. Medical Care did this with my twins. They are 10 year old with learning disability because I was not informed of early learning options. I love Mrs Pugh she is awesome.

She was rude with my son, Told him to get up and quit acting sick. He was 6yrs old at the time. He tested positive for strep two times and she gave him medicine that he was allergic to, not once but twice. She has us coming back every 2 days For 2 weeks to keep a check on his lymph nodes. I was paying my co-pays and they were running my insurance not even telling me that my insurance did not cover this doctor. And before going I was told by the lady in the front office that they took my insurance. I did not know it wasn’t covered until I received paper after paper after paper stating that we owed Premier pediatrics a total of $1200. It’s all about the money there nothing else.

Not a fan, her disregard to parents is obnoxious. She acts as though she is the best & most knowledgeable but she can't remember anything from one minute to the next. I would not choose to go here.

We have been seeing Dr. Pugh and others in the practice for over 15 years. They have been attentive and professional in every encounter. We are happy to have found Premier Pediatrics.

I feel like Dr. Pugh is more concerned about her income than the care of the children she sees.

Pugh is a disgusting and disgraceful person. She will insult and belittle you. She will like in order to make more money. She doesn't care about your children. She cares about doing as little as possible and making as money as possible. Even if that includes lying to your insurance company to make sure she gets extra money.

We have been seeing Dr. Pugh and staff for approx. 9 years. Excellent !!
