Elizabeth Humston's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Humston has been my doctor of choice since moving to Tri-Cities area in 2018. She is always friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable about recent updates in medicine. I never feel rushed with her and I can usually get an appointment to see her within a day. I've been very happy with the care I've received.

Genuinely, I tried to understand and appreciate Dr. Humston. Her disregard towards serious medical concerns while rushing through the visit on top of almost every visit being billed incorrectly, I would be very careful coming to her.

I tried to give Dr. Humston a chance more times than I should've. From her completely disregarding serious medical concerns to getting almost every appointment billed incorrectly, I would be careful.

Dr. Humston is friendly enough but seems very indifferent about my health. She literally laughed at me when I asked a very serious question, making me feel ridiculous. She doesn't want to handle anything herself and if there is someone she can refer you to for even the most mundane of concerns, she will. She also fibs in her summary notes and test result notes, claiming she discussed things with you that she didn't. You don't wait long to see her but it's because she also rushes you through, usually only spending 5-10 minutes with you. She doesn't really seem to listen much to what you say or take your concerns/worries seriously either. Sad to see such a young doctor be so indifferent already in her career.

She is friendly but doesn't seem concerned about the health of her patients. She doesn't seem to want to handle anything herself and will refer you out for everything, which can get expensive... not to mention inconvenient. I found her to be dishonest in her summary notes and test result notes, claiming she discussed things with me that she didn't. She doesn't spend much time with you or listen much to what you say or take your concerns seriously either. Overall, I would say if you need a doctor just to take care of colds and the like, she would be fine for that but for anyone with health conditions/diseases or who think they may have one that needs diagnosed, I would definitely go with someone else because she does the bare minimum or at least pretends to in her notes.

Front desk staff were nice to me but once they were openly gossiping and bad mouthing/making fun of others while at their desks!

She is friendly and is well versed with my condition. She goes out of her way to answer any questions I may have. I have never had a problem with her or her staff.

I really don’t know how to begin how rude and unprofessional this persons attitude was towards my condition. As a senior citizen I was treated poorly

Dr Humston is highly educated,trained,and has been placed in thousands of clinical scenarios over all specialties of care for many many years. She has been trained,educated, and tested in vast areas of healthcare relations. I pray Dr. Humston will begin to feel secure in her knowledge, judgement, and open mindedness. She has all the right stuff and for her patients sake and well being ,she should apply it without any FURTHER harm to them.

She refers out for everything and an appointment with her is pointless. She didn’t even call in my refills.
