I take 2 1/2 hours OFF MY JOB to go to a 245 appt..becuz that's latest appt dr siv has..I get there and they tell me my appt is actually next week ...ahh..no..it was today..becuz when the girl called me 4 wks ago..I put it right in my phone..so I sit in Waiting room like an idiot for 1hr..get called back..cant see dr siv..have to see np..ARE U KIDDING ME ..I took time off work and waited an hour..so not right..i do want to say tho that dr siv is an amazing and caring doctor and I would highly recommend him..even tho I didnt get to see him😪

They spammed me with multiple automated calls and emails with reminders and confirmations for my first appointment. Then, when I show up on time with paperwork filled out they said my appointment was cancelled due to doctor not being available and I was in a “reschedule” list. I was irked at not being notified so I said do not reschedule me and I was just letting it go. Today I get an automated call and an email that says *I* missed the appointment and to call and reschedule. Angry now. Seems to me they just hide behind their automated systems and don’t ‘Kare’ enough to have a human respond. Never using them.

Everyone is very friendly, wait time is short, and they take good care of their patients. The only thing I haven't liked is they don't give information, such as when I make an appointment I learn who it's actually with when I get there and they don't tell you where to go for testing...but overall I have had a great experience and would recommend them

Why are clients placed on hold to await next representative by automated system, made to wait for several minutes with updates of how many callers are ahead of your call, then after this process, you get a voicemail for a call back to verify your appointment? And then you are called back hour later? I'll just stop here

Cardiologist group with a heart! The physicians and entire staff have compassion and true concern for their patients which is exactly what a person needs when facing heart issues. I owe my life to Dr. Siv. I thank God for this group and highly recommend them.

Amazing cardiologist office!! Dr.Schoondyke is very personable and thorough. Julie goes above and beyond to make sure you are healthy and comfortable. Entire office is very nice, helpful, and respectful.
