Erin Bryant's Online Review Report Card

Had several appointments describing chest pains and other symptoms. She quickly disregarded as anxiety without asking many questions. I returned later to speak to her about anxiety where she told me we never discussed anxiety only chest pains. Was very rude during the conversation and began to talk badly about those with emotional support animals. Didn't seem to care about finding the root cause of issues and came off cold and judgemental. Worst experience with a doctor I've had. If someone sees her for more extreme mental health issues I would be concerned as to how she would make those patients feel.

Refused to take me as a patient and when I asked for an explanation I never got a return call.

Immediately figured out my shoulder issue after others could not. Been seeing her about a year now and they get you back on time, visits are quick, but concerns are addressed thoroughly. Dr. Bryant has a lot of personality and is awesome!

Dr. Bryant has always diagnosed and treated whatever medical condition I presented with. Her science is spot on. However, there is more to medicine than just treating symptoms. Dr. Bryant responds to my emails, will do telehealth if that is what is needed to connect with me. Dr. Bryant doesn't just cure my disease, she wants me to get well. I always feel better after seeing her, even before the treatment has begun.

When she was at doctor's care she was awful I was a teenager then and went to her for real bad ear infections. Well she said i had ear infections because I was to fat. And then another time I went she told me that she could give me something to help me lose weight and well she lied. And every time I ever went to her she always had something to say about my weight. Regardless of why I came to see her. She was always rude and cold to me. I'm surprised she's still working with people.

I love Dr. Bryant. She always explains things in a way I can understand. She's always pleasant and open to discussion and respects my needs and beliefs.

I went to Dr. Bryant because I was new to the area and needing a PCP. She was very cold, our appointment was extremely rushed, and then she was very judgmental of my decision to wait and not take the covid vaccine now. She basically scolded me and went on and on about how I needed it and how people like me are why it’s going to stay around forever. (I had covid about 5 months ago and recovered, and now my husband and I are trying to get pregnant) Then she told me to just quit an antidepressant medication cold turkey without tapering it more. I wound up in Urgent Care and the nurse and doctor couldn’t believe she had told me to do that and said it was no wonder I had been feeling so awful. I will not be returning to see Dr. Bryant ever again. Very disappointed in the treatment I received.

I have been seeing Dr. Bryant since 2006...She is the one who really cared and listened. She caught a misdiagnosed back sprain from another doctor, and did not rest until she had ordered everything needed to determine my actual issue/injury. God used her greatly ! She is honest and factual, but does not rush or fail to listen and discuss things with me. I ended up needing back surgery and could have had the loss of a nerve if she had not continued to care enough to find out the source of my pain

Dr. Bryant has taken care of me for several years. She is the only doctor i have ever had complete and total trust in. She takes the time to double check and always returns phone calls. She explains everything in detail.
