I dont even know how he is still in business. Crazy!. In 2004 he finally came to the exam room and started verbally abusing me so loud that everyone stopped to listen. His wife couldn't even get him to shut up long enough to tell him that everything he was saying to me was not true at all and totally crazy. Then they called me at home that night and said he realized that my insurance was paying and that i was not using him for medication because my primary had my medication covered and wanted me to come back to his office. That man scares me and there's no way I would ever step foot in that place again. I had to put 1 star just so I could post this review

He said he was certain I didn't have RSD/ CRPS even though it was diagnosed by NIH and John's Hopkins along with some highly specialized tests that aren't readily available to everyone- I was fortunate because I had enrolled in a Neuro research study. Boutros disparaged both of these facilities, their doctors, and the study results, claiming he would prove otherwise. The tech who did my neurodiagnostic studies was new and unsupervised; she kept constantly referring to a book on a nearby table on setting up the wire leads on my legs and to refer to wave forms. I have NEVER had anyone lay across my legs to do a study like she did. The patient table was higher than the chair she sat on so she had to reach across me rather than have me switch positions on the table (so that the leg being tested would be closer to her). She constantly talked to herself and deleted a lot of my exam, as she verbally confirmed to herself, "delete, delete, delete," the waveforms that didn't coincide with her nearby book examples. When I was waiting to be seen post study, they put me in a side room rather than the post test waiting area so I was able to overhear Boutros and this tech discuss my study where he repeated she didn't need to, or shouldn't have done certain things. So I got charged for a bogus study. I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and begged him not to hammer on them to check reflexes but he did anyway, 4 or more times and didn't elicit a response. The meds he said he was going to put me on were never prescribed and I was given another appointment. I was crying from the pain he caused in my legs and just sat there in the car awhile until I was able to safely drive away. I canceled the following appointment and never went back. Incidentally, other doctors since have not disputed a diagnosis of RSD and have the diagnosis documented in my records. I also am a retired health care worker with many years of direct patient care and diagnostic testing experience so none of this has been exaggerated or falsified in any manner.

Does not return phone calls. Cares only about money. Unable to work with you over the phone. Gave medicine and didn't want to keep up with me after upping the dose. Wouldn't do payment plans for me and I have no insurance. Just greed doesn't care about the actual life an care of patients

Horrible. Diagnosed family member with life altering illness and after diagnosis havent heard from office in months after they said theyd help set up treatment. Have repeatedly called and no one returns calls or helps. Or tells us what is going on. Horrible doctor

We schedule an appointment and was told they will call but never did so we called and they told us that we will be seen when he gets to it. It’s going on 2 days now and now out of seizure medication. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and disappointed.

This place is a joke. I waiting 2 hours & was never seen by the doctor. When I requested my copay, I was offered free samples if I would change my mind. I hadn't even been seen yet!!! How would that know what I needed to take????

Dr. Boutros has horrible bed side manner and no compassion for those in pain at all. I went in with chronic daily migraines, had a nerve conduction test and was told I have fibromyalgia. He gave me preventives and started belittling me when I asked him what do I do for the pain? The waiting time is forever, staff is rude, and you can hear him screaming at his wife all day. I do not recommend! Go see someone else!!! He has refused to send my records to other doctors and even to the disability agency! very unprofessional and should not be practicing medicine.

this doctor is a quack he called me, mom, and the hospital liars and he got mad when the hospital requested that I have a mri and a 24 hour eeg done so come to find out he never scheduled it so I went a different neurologist and he refused to fax them my paperwork and somehow he is still prescribing me my medication this hole time knowing that I stopped seeing him and went to a different doctor

Will never make another appointment with this office . I have never had an experience with a dr office like this one . Wait time was over an hour both appointments , then he comes into room lays down file on exam table walks out without acknowledging anyone , gone another 10 minutes. I’m thinking we waited because he is reviewing the extensive testing for my aunt ... but no ..he comes back in room again without acknowledging anyone sits and starts reviewing chart and mumbles to himself over 5 minutes .. He then starts his rambling again without addressing anyone .. When we attempt to ask questions he talks over everyone . My aunt is almost deaf and he became so annoyed with her not perceiving his mumbling. When we tried to advise him she didn’t need increase in BP meds that we trend it , he railroaded right over us . The almost zero patient interaction and diagnosis was gleaned from the 5 minutes of flipping though weeks of testing . Personality of a arrogant person who absolutely does not need to be in a patient relationship field . I left the office just shaking my head and advised my little aunt I would never put her through that again.
