He is very thorough. He treats you as if he has all day to help you. I have never had a more complete exam. He explains everything and gives you handouts to read at home. He checked my insurance to see if my meds would be covered! I recommend Dr. Falasca to anyone struggling with an autoimmune issue. He is the best. He saw my mother for Rheumatoid arthritis and got her out of the wheelchair and walking again.

I have struggled for awhile now due to shortness of breath and joint pain. My heart Dr blamed my lungs, my lung dr blamed my heart. I just wanted to feel better. I had a positive ANA test so my FNP wanted to send me to a Rheumatologist. I only wanted Dr. FALASCA. He had treated my mother with Rheumatoid arthritis and was so concerned about her and helped her walk again and have a better life. I have faith he can help me. He explained everything he was doing and all the tests I needed. My husband and I left and I felt the biggest relief. I am going to get better. He is an amazing dr. The staff were all courteous and kind. I highly recommend this office.

Happened to be looking for a rheumatologist and saw the "bad experience" from the person now driving to Asheville. A referral from your primary doctor is required to be seen by a specialist in most offices. This has nothing to do with your insurance coverage. A specialist doesn't see whomever walks in - they see patients referred by another doctor for a specific disease and require medical notes, labs, and so on prior to their consult. Insurance is a separate issue. Happy driving.

I was told by SO many people that Dr. Falasca is THE doctor to see regarding anything autoimmune. Went to the Mayo Clinic in June and they said I only meet 1 out of 4 requirements for MS that I was originally given last November by Dr. Douglas Wright (whom I will never EVER go back to btw) but I did test positive for autoimmune disease just couldn’t figure out which one(s) and that they think it’s either RA or Lupus or Both. I’m also positive for the MTHFR gene mutation which makes me very prone to autoimmune diseases. Got a call yesterday saying they’d gotten the referral from my primary doctor but they were so backed up it would be two weeks before they could get to mine. Then today they called back and I have an appointment with his nurse practitioner august 25!!!!!! I’m so over the moon I can hardly stand it!!! So yes, I’m leaving a 5 star review before even seeing this amazing doctor I’ve heard so much about. Praise God! And thank you Dr. Falasca and your office for getting me in! I PRAY you can figure out what’s wrong with me finally. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I feel like I am the doctor’s top priority when I am seen. The doctor is very kind and listens to my concerns. I am treated with the upmost respect. He is the very best of the best! There is no doctor better than him!

Dr. Falasca was able to diagnose a condition that I had had since a teen, but no one had been able to put the pieces of the puzzle together for 30 years. Most days I am feeling better than I did in my mid-20s & early 30s because I am on the right treatment for my condition. Many thanks to Dr Falasca & his staff for their great care!
