Dr. Taylor is an excellent provider. He is knowledgeable and explained my condition to me in a patient friendly and caring manner. He presented options for my care, and throughly explained the procedure that we agreed on. He definitely treats patients with concern and respect. Unfortunately Dr. Taylor is leaving the practice. He will be dearly missed by his patients.

Staff is completely unresponsive to telephone calls for help, regardless of how dire the situation. It takes four months to get an appointment no matter what condition you are in. There is no flexibility in his system to talk directly to a nurse, let alone the doctor himself.

Very friendly and professional physician who helped me through a bounce back bout of prostate inflammation and didn't give me the extra meds not needed that I got from a previous mistake of a prior urologist.

Dr Taylor is a great Dr. He has helped and listened to me with my Urological issues. I have Interstitial Cystitis, and though that isn’t one of his expertise, he has gone above and beyond to help me. He is the best Urologist in Johnson City!!

Their online video and phone systems sucks. I received a text message to join my appointment 7 minutes after this was to begin and an email 13 minutes later. In the meantime I figured out how to work the first link, just 5 minutes after they sent it and only 12 minutes into my appointment. However, at this time they were not responding to the link they sent me (I waited and then the app said my appointment ended). And then they called on the phone to say I had "missed" my appointment and wouldn't be allowed to meet virtually again today even though they had an available meeting time and most importantly even though it was not my fault they didn't send the links earlier.

My detailed description of what happed to me after a fusion prostate biopsy performed by Dr. Taylor at Bristol regional did not 'meet your guidelines'. Let me restate that a 'failure to diagnose' my post-op condition led to a 5 day hospital stay with Sepsis a bacterial blood infection that could have killed me. He has helped many people but what he did to me on what was suppose to be routine turned into a nightmare that I am still dealing with. My biopsy was benign as I'm sure most are....new toy syndrome?
