Dr. McKinney and his whole staff are top notch! They care for you as if you are family and Dr. McKinney is excellent. I'm not sure that my husband would still be here if it weren't for Dr. McKinney. Amber was so sweet practically held my hand through the wait. She helped me calm down and that meant so much to me. Diane is an amazing anesthesiologist and was very patient with me as well. Dr McKinney is outstanding. He took the time to explain everything and all my options. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful. From the scheduling ladies, receptionists, nurses, IV lady, anesthetist, billing, office manager…and of course Dr. McKinney…these guys are a class act, professional, personable, good sense of humor – they ALL took great care of me before, during, and after my colonoscopy. I was pleased to find Dr. McKinney knew his craft but the bonus was his people skills. Some DRs struggle…not Dr. McKinney. He listened and understood my situation well and clearly explained my options. I have been to doctors that kind of acted like a god…unwilling to listen, explain, and give options or work with a patient. I cannot say enough as to how pleased I am with Dr. McKinney. I have and will continue to refer friends and contacts to him enthusiastically! He is professional and yet approachable…he even has a sense of humor. He explained everything during the procedure well and talked me through the process extremely well. You could tell he cares about his patients.

Colonoscopy + Polypectomy – Dr. Jason McKinney – 5 STARS! Where to begin??? Dr. McKinney was a referral from Dr. Ronald Blackmore, my primary physician. Short version…I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Gastrointestinal Associates of Northeast Tennessee - 310 N State of Franklin Rd Ste 202 / Johnson City, TN 37604 Everyone on the staff at Gastrointestinal Associates of Northeast Tennessee was wonderful. From the scheduling ladies, receptionists, nurses, IV lady, anesthetist, billing, office manager…and of course Dr. McKinney…these guys are a class act, professional, personable, good sense of humor – they ALL took great care of me before, during, and after my colonoscopy. The whole staff was excellent . This was my first colonoscopy and I was a little apprehensive. I could not have been made more comfortable. Dr. McKinney was excellent. I would recommend this doctor and his staff for anyone facing this procedure.
