After reading the multiple negative reviews for JC ENT, including my own botched sinus surgery, I would like the JC ENT to be held accountable for their unprofessionalism and medical negligence. My story: I was recommended to undergo sinus surgery, and went in on a Thursday. I didn't know that CT scans are mandatory before sinus surgery. I also didn't know to expect a consultation before the surgery, in order to outline standard expectations before, during, and after the procedure. After surgery, I was released with only minimal understanding of what to expect and had SEVERE complications. My family spent the following Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday trying to get the JC ENT to address the uncontrolled fever, pain, pressure, infection drainage, eye drainage, headache and nausea. They said that all of this was normal. However, this was not normal. I was seen at the ER, who instructed me to follow up with JC ENT, however JC ENT did not believe nor check the status of that ER visit. Instead, they refused to address the issue at all and implied that I was drug seeking. I had a major infection after the surgery that lasted for months, and JC ENT refused to address my need for antibiotics and pain medication--which had to finally be prescribed by my primary care physician. After the surgery, it took a second opinion to determine that their handling of this surgery fell short of the parameters for adequate medical care. Both the pre and post-operative care administered by Dr. Lewozcko and staff at the JC ENT were medically negligent.The nurse associated with my surgery, and Dr. Lewozcko, are garbage. If you can, literally go anywhere else to address your medical issues. I want to hold this office, and every other medical office that operates illegally to be held accountable for their actions.

I saw Dr. Lewoczko for the first time yesterday for a heavy nose bleed. He was patient, knowledgeable and eased my concerns. A cauterization was recommended and he took care of it with no problems. Highly Recommend!
