Dr. Livingston was straight honest with my situation,no B.S.,I like that in a Dr.

Not only was Dr Livingston completely unprepared to treat my condition, she was patronizing, unprofessional, and took a life threatening condition lightly due to her lack of knowledge. She was unwilling to admit her inadequacy at treating my condition which put me in the stressful situation of trying to find another doctor at another facility. When I asked questions, she laughed it off. She admitted to not reading my chart which is certainly not how to effectively treat a patient.

Not only was Dr Livingston completely unprepared to treat my condition, she was patronizing, unprofessional, and took a life threatening condition so lightly I wonder how she became a doctor. She was unwilling to admit her inadequacy at treating my condition which put me in the stressful situation of trying to find another doctor at another facility while I was stuck in the hospital. When I asked questions, she laughed it off as if I was an idiot or hypochondriac. After speaking with other medical professionals about my condition it is clear that she did not handle the situation appropriately.

Dr. Livingston appeared very arrogant and did not listen to me. She seems to be afraid of prescribing stronger medicines. After suffering for three more days while taking the meloxicam that she prescribed, I went to another facility and received an injection for pain and lortabs. I felt instant relief. I could actually bend over and take my own shoes off after lying in the floor for days with back pain.

I have always used HMG Urgent Care, but no longer will due to my experience with Dr. Livingston.

I went to see her at HMG's urgent care for a problem I even felt silly going for and that I was somewhat embarrassed about. It was a busy day there, but she took me seriously and took plenty of time with me, making me feel I was her only patient. She was friendly and professional, treated me with a lot of respect, and listened to all my concerns. If I still lived in the area (was there on a vacation), I would definitely look for her as a primary doctor.
