I have vision insurance with exams covered in that. My wife had to pay 39 dollars for some imaging that was required. I had an exam done somewhere else and it was all covered. This place is a scam.

I bought glasses at the Lens Crafters retail store in Johnson City.The sweet lady who waited on me was Catherine. She was very helpful and helped me get a great deal on my glasses.

Salespersons should be required to tell the truth. I was promised my new prescription glasses would be ready with 3/4 days. Veronica failed to document this promise in the computer and the new glasses took 10 days.

This is for LensCrafters in the mall. Terrible service. The guy working the counter did not have a clue about his job. The lady he kept asking questions to told him “oh you can give him quotes” he had no clue. Waited 25-30 mins for a quote that told me nothing about the lens quality or type. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Went to Walmart bought the same frames and my lens for 240 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me. Don’t waste your time with this poorly run business!
