I like the people at Medical Care very much, however I have trouble getting my scripts filled, especially my pain meds. This delay has happened several times. I am 83-years-old and I have had numerous joint replacements and suffer from nerve damage pain in my arms due to a serious broken vertebra injury. (Three levels of my neck vertebra were replaced.) At present my pain script is a day late. I called the pharmacy and started asking for the pain meds three days early, because this delay happens every few months. At this point I feel helpless and hopeless with no one left to contact. I am at the mercy of the pharmacy personnel and the staff at Medical Care, waiting for someone to read my texts and help me. I would like to get off the medication, but the arm pain is too intense. It helps if I don't move, so I sit and wait. Maybe China decided to stop making Tramadol. It is possible?!#*

I’ve lived all over the country and visited many urgent cares. This is one of the WORST. Abominable customer service for the sick and weak. Untrained, unprofessional staff.

I love this place!!!! They actually care about their patients. They never judge you and are always respectful. Shoutout to all the ladies, Dr. Holloman, and their counselor, David. Thank you for making us feel like family.

If you want a doctor who has no bed side manner or doesn’t care about your mental health, this is your place. They have multiple doctors to not assist you.

The worst medical providers in Johnson City. Medical Care in JC don't care about their patients. They are rude and hateful to you if you have to go there on a Saturday especially!! Dr.Hopland is a crooked as well.
