UPDATE: After making my final phone call about the referral I requested, the situation has been resolved and explained how the referral process works and who's responsible for submitting referrals for their patients. It became clear where the issue was and has been dealt with and no confusion is present. I am grateful for the staff who found the issues and immediately corrected the situation. I personally apologize for any confusion that may have been caused by myself. Low T center has definitely corrected the majority of my health problems and I Highly recommend them for men's health.Great place for men's health. The self inject program is convenient beings I live over an hour away from clinic. However, I have other conditions hormone related they do not treat and I've been trying for over a month now to get a referral to a endocrinologist who will treat the conditions Low T will not. I was told the referral paperwork was on the PAs desk and would be sent that day, and have been told such every time I've called asking about the referral.

Skip this center. I have been taking Testosterone for years with a prescription and was looking to transfer treatment to this facility and they required me to drop off my medication to show that my levels are low in order to continue my treatment with them. Not only that, but they would not not consider that I have been taking it for years myself at home with a prescription and required that I come into the center to get a shot weekly which is outrageous since I am used to giving myself shots every week. Pass on these guys. They are just out to collect money for things that are not necessary.Ps they also refused to contact and request documents from my previous doctor to support me transitioning to this center. Said I had to get it myself. Completely backwards and not at all how it's usually done.
