Maria Garcia's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Dr. Garcia for several years due to a nodule on my lung & mild COPD. She is very knowledgeable, listens to any questions you may have. I always enjoy my appointments with her, for she is very nice, friendly & likeable. I highly recommend her!!

I have gone to Dr. Garcia for several years and she is wonderful! I have COPD and she has worked with me until we have found a medicine that helps me breathe. I wouldn’t go to any other Dr. Also, her staff is friendly and very professional.

Dr. Garcia has been my pulmonologist for years. She is knowledgeable and thorough in treating my issues. She is patient and kind in taking time with her patients. she has helped me so much. She is an angel on earth. the wait time in her office is usually short, the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia now for about 5 years. (Asthma) My father was a patient for a short time before his death. (COPD). The staff there has always been kind and friendly to me. I have absolutely no complaints! Also, Dr. Garcia is always friendly and very thorough! I would not want to go anywhere else!

been a patient for over 30 years, now when i have problems breathing i'm told to go to walkin clinic.or i can wait until i have an appointment,. well just cancel the appointment, if i have to use my personal physician or a walkin then i don't need you. goodby.

This staff/dr. are an absolute joke. It took me eight months to finally get a visit due to the staffs poor communication and the dr. taking many personal days and my visits getting canceled because of it. I drove thirty minutes from Greeneville today only to experience one of the biggest fails of dr. visit I've ever had. They were totally unprepared for my visit and had no information about me to go on. Mind you this appointment had been made months ago. No empathy or even how are you feeling today. They just sat me alone in a waiting room for over thirty minutes and in the end did nothing but listen to my breathing. I attempted to show them pictures of things I had been coughing up and blowing out my nose that were abnormal and alarming just to be ignored. Save yourself some time and find another pulmonologist. You will get nowhere here. Totally disappointed that I was had to walk out still sick with nobody even attempting to listen to me or help me.

This office saved my life and gace me a better quality of life. Always returns my calls and always answers any and all my questions. I absolutely would recommend this facility.

Drove from Greeneville to the office in Johnson CIty for my new patient/1st visit to be told that they cancelled my appointment months ago. Then was told they could not fit me in because the dr. didn't even wanna work today but she had to stay half a day and see a few patients. Terrible customer relations and an all around fail on their end. Plus an added bonus I got to drive around the parking lot 15 minutes trying to find a way in to their parking lot dude to a large sign blocking the entrance. Even almost was rear ended. What a pleasant experience.
