I visited this office today 5/10/23 and i couldn't of asked for it to go any better.Dr McQuain and his staff was truly amazing! Dr McQuaim came in the office explained everything that was going to happen and why they were doing it and before he left me to go get ready for the procedure he ask if he could have prayer with me! That touched my heart in away i can't explain . I had never had this procedure before and i think he could tell that i was nervous and the guy that helped him i am so sorry that i didn't hear his name but he also came in and talked with me and put me at ease for sure. Thank you to all the staff members who helped they were all a class act and i would recommend them to anyone!

To the point but very nice. Explained the whole process of the epidural before hand. He and the x ray tech also told me what they were doing each step as they did the procedure.
