Dr McQuain performed my epidural today. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the entire procedure before going back to the procedure room. He asked if he could pray for me before we started the procedure, which I gladly accepted. During the procedure, he informed me of every single step he was taking, being sure to let me know if something was going to be sharp/painful. He told me there would be no surprises along the way, which he absolutely ensured. It was a very quick procedure, but I don’t feel like he rushed through it. I highly recommend him and his team.

I loved my experience with Mark McQuain, MD. He was very pleasant and the fact he prayed with me before my procedure was awesome and I really was pleased he done that with me. He explained everything that was going on through the whole procedure. I was very relaxed with him even though I was very nervous about the procedure and wasn't sure what to expect. The whole process of my procedure was exceptional! I would like to thank the whole team for being outstanding!

I loved my experience with Dr. Mcquain. I like that he wanted to pray before the procedure. He explained every step of what he was getting ready to do before he did it. God guided his hands with the help of his more than capable technician in charge of the x-ray process to pinpoint the exact location for Dr. Mcquain. It was clear they had worked together for quite some time. Their professionalism and respect for each other was so apparent. Together they both made me feel so comfortable and I was scared. I have felt some relief but it will take a few more days as they told me to feel the full effect but the next day I was without the back pain and that is great, but I want the relief in my legs so that I can walk better without the burning pain and weakness and fear of falling. Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend to others. No back surgery for me.

What an awesome Doctor Mark Mcquain is,he starts the procedure with a prayer and his Medical Skills are excellent +++. I am glad he is part of the Watauga Orthopedic team!!
