Muazzam Ali's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mumtaz is an amazing doctor that really cares about his patients! I drive 35 mins from San Dimas to see him for my pain management. I've recommended him to all my family and friends and now all of you fellow yelpers.

I've been going to Dr. Ali for several years as a worker's comp pain management doctor and I've written bad reviews before. He gets all upset and wants to know why he gets a bad review, well here it is. 2 appointments ago, Dr. Ali told me they were out of Naproxan for my pain. I was told I would receive a phone call when they got their order. No phone call. I had enough to cover me so I didn't call them. My next appointment, Dr. Ali told me the same thing. Still no phone call. When I called, I was told that the Dr. didn't write me a prescription so they couldn't give it to me. I was told they would talk to the doctor and call me back. No call back. I called the next day and left a message with the answering service. No call back. I called again and was told again, the doctor didn't write the prescription so I couldn't get any. When I asked to speak to the doctor, I was told he wasn't in...he was on a short vacation. Just an fyi, he's due to go on vacation halfway through September. I was also told I could take to him on my next appointment. So, the staff seems to be unwilling or unable to help and the doctor doesn't seem to care. If you have an appointment scheduled with this doctor, be prepared to wait at least 1 to 2 hours to see him. Count your meds. If they screw it up, they're not willing to fix it.

Awesome Dr that has been treating my husband for the past 7 years. Staff is very friendly had always helpful. Dr. Ali always takes the time to answer all are questions and goes the extra mile to make sure my husband has his meds.

Dr ali is one of the most caring drs out there .he really listens to you issues! I get 12 trigger injections and he has a gentle way to calm me down talking about his adventures and gentle and quick bam 12 shots done! He will fight for you ! No insurance company is going to tell him around and will fight for you. I've been there on a long wait day it happens but do you know why ? I asked and he said that he's sorry but he was on the phone with the court in a hearing for a patient. Now while other drs may just cancel the day he's still takes patients . I think about it who knows if he'd would be doing that for me. He works hard. Even on Saturday at times dr Ali is a smart wonderful hard working dr . I trust him with my life. (And I don't trust drs very bad dr.who took advantage of me thank God his no longer in practice )but dr Ali restored my faith in Dr's. I recommend him to family!

Dr. Ali is an amazing provider!!! He is kind, considerate, thorough, and knowledgeable. He has excellent bedside manner and actually sits down with his patients taking into account every symptom before giving a diagnosis. Dr Ali takes his time and explains everything thoroughly because he truly cares. I have never left his office with any doubts! He is very professional and knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. I am so glad I finally have a doctor I can trust. I highly recommend Dr. Ali to all my friends and family!

Highly recommended! I am so glad I found this doctor he is unlike any other physician I have seen in the past.He is personable, caring, and highly knowledgeable when it comes to the medical field. I switched my insurance planjust so I could have Dr. Ali as my primary care physician. He is always hands on and willing to go above and beyond to make sureall his patients are taken care of. If you want the best care this is the place to go!

Well first off, I drive an extra 35 minutes just to see Dr. Ali and he is well worth the drive.Lots of my friends and family are also patients of Dr. Ali because it is hard to find a practice like his!Dr. Ali is highly intelligent and has great relationships with other doctors and specialists in the area.I highly recommend Dr. Ali if you want to be in the hands of a top doctor and be treated like family.

In to see Dr. Ali. The building is extremely run down with evidences of homeless people staying here. When you check in to see Dr. Ali, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Dr. Ali seems intelligible but doesn't give a lot of time to see his patients. Before you know, he's out the door, no goodbye, no nothing! And you are like, that's it? What? Oh it's over!

I do not even know where to begin! The receptionist Sonia is the worst I have ever encountered in all my years of working with provider offices. I can't say anything about the doctor because I am sure he is not aware of the horrible employee he has. To get a medical record it is virtually impossible. I have been trying to get records for a client for over 3 months and nothing. Just yesterday I finally recieved records because I had to contact another facility that is only associated with the doctor to bypass Sonia so that the Office Manager Roxanne can finally fax records. Sad to say the records are still incomplete. This office is violating the new laws that obligate medical facilities to turn over records within 5 business days or face major fines.
