Before I went to my appointment with Dr. Whaley, I read through these reviews, and must say, I was a bit worried. Dr. Whaley may be a bit abrupt but he is a very good Dr. And I highly recommend him.

I do not have a single negative comment about Dr Whaley or the practice. He helped me with my migraines like no other. I thought he was understanding, caring and knowledgeable! The nurses were kind and caring as well.

Horrible experience. I will never set foot in that place again. Left crying. Dr Whaley treated me disrespectful and acting like I was making stuff up. Went to another neurologist and was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis after just a couple of test. I was put on medicine and I have been doing great.

If you like being talked to like you are stupid and believe it is acceptable for elderly patients to be roughed up during their exams, then by all means, Dr. Whaley is the Dr. for you. After this headache specialist, Nathaniel Whaley, waltzed into the room with no mask or PPE, he offered his EXPERT ADVICE to my vulnerable grandmother in her 80s with severe breathing problems and asthma to disregard all COVID 19 precautions. Meanwhile, he was physically abusive during the exam of my grandfather who has recently suffered a stroke and some loss in function of motor skills. Then proceeded to engage in a full blown argument with us stating that, "have you ever even known anyone who has died from COVID 19?" "It's just the flu" "you don't need to take any precautions to protect yourself from COVID 19" followed by a smug comment about his professional mutual connection to the Mayo clinic and an unnamed medical adviser to Gov. Bill Lee. If you love your family members and fellow community members, you will stay as far away from this Dr. As possible. No complaints about anyone else in the practice. Except they told everyone their temperatures were 96 degrees upon entry to the office, which, doesn't take a medical expert to see the thermometer was faulty and needed to stop being used. Absolutely pathetic, never in my life have I EVER SEEN A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL MISTREAT AN ELDERLY PERSON SO POORLY. That's okay though, we will be seeking legal action to resolve this matter. And in the meantime I will do everything in my power to end this man's career. YOU TOOK AN OATH, MR. WHALEY! NATHANIEL WHALEY NEEDS TO HAVE HIS MEDICAL LICENSE REVOKED!!!!!

I would have given the doctor 5 stars if he had a different nurse. She is rude and grumpy. I don’t pay a doctor to have his nurse to be rude and yell at me.

Rude female nurse, Dr. spends very little time with patient and only cares about himself. He does not listen to you or record your records correctly. Has no bedside manner but he is a smart doctor but will lie to you and get angry If you question anything. Just a money hungry place. I gave it 2 stars only because the doctor is smart even If he is terrible. Avoid If you any real treatment.

I have been going to neuro's for over 30 years. Worst one ever. Does not seem to care about anything but money. Will not listen to you, does not report facts in your medical record and If you question anything be prepared to see even a worse side. The only good thing I can say is that is he is smart but that does not help when he uses it only for his benefit.
