Extremely poor bedside manner. Did not read my medical history at all. Rude. Condescending. I only needed her to refill an SSRI prescription I’ve been on for almost 20 years. She literally hung up the phone on me.

Sent my prescription to the wrong place. Spelled that wrong as well. Terribly unprofessional or caring in here “diagnosis”. This caused me not to receive the help I needed. Wasted my time and money. Hope to be refunded
