Sends for tests. No follow-up. Sent to Morristown for a scrape biopsy ( no dermatologists in J.C. ? ) on a skin condition. They cut a chunk out of my forearm. Never heard any result. When called for another test result, her "nurse" thought pelvic MRI was of my ARM. Zero stars actually

Dr. Licup-Taylor has been my physician for about 7 years. She is very knowledgeable and gives me detailed info concerning my medical needs. Her nurse, Dusty, is the sweetest! I have always found the office staff kind and helpful.

I love the Doctor but the office staff is TERRIBLE! I was supposed to be seen 2/18/20 @ 10:45 I drive from Kingsport to Johnson City to be made to feel at fault for their call center failing to schedule the right date, clearly me in pain and the receptionist acts as if she could care less. Same one I've had issues with previously. I am now looking for a new Doctor due to this. I love Dr Licup-Taylor but wish she would do an overhaul of the office staff there!!!

I found her to be lacking in personal skills. The last two times I have seen her she had another women come in with her and she didn't even introduce her. She likes to hear herself talk and doesn't listen well. I have IBS-C and she sent me out with a pamphlet for IBS-D. Like talking to a pharmacist instead of a doctor. All these young doctors know is pills and which ones will work together. No real help. I will be looking for a more experienced doctor who really cares about their patients.
