Do not waste your time with this doctor. I've left multiple messages over 2 weeks for Dr. Patel to return my calls regarding my father's condition. When I complained to office staff, they promised they would have him call me back, and he never did! On a separate occasion, Dr. Patel said he would refill my father's medication before he had to go out of town. Contacted the pharmacy and they said they never received a refill approval from him. So my mother had to rush a prescription request to the pharmacy. This is a HUGE safety issue and very unprofessional. Please do not waste your time with this doctor.

I would like to take a moment to commend Dr. Patel and his staff. I have been going to Dr. Patel for the past two years and find him to be compassionate patient and understanding. He always takes additional time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He is always up-to-date on the latest treatments and reviews them with me. I truly appreciate him not only as a doctor but a human being. His staff is also exceptional they are very efficient and kind. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Neurologist to see Dr. Patel.

I made a new-patient appointment with Dr. Patel after my previous doctor retired. Unfortunately, I missed said appointment--which I waited weeks for, with no medication. It slipped my mind, since, due to the New Year holiday situation, the office confirmed my appointment nearly a week before it occurred. When I tried to reschedule, I was told I'd have to pay a fee of $100 to make a new appointment. I refused, of course. I understand doctors often charge reasonable fees--like $20--for missed appointments. But I prefer compassionate providers, not punishing ones.

What an amazing experience I had with art Patel. I have been experiencing for the last 7 months migraines and verdigo . After seeing serval doctors and absolutely no help I feel like after my hour long appointment with Dr. Patel I now have a sense of hope with a plan of action . He really listens to what you the patient is going through and really spends quality time during your appointment. Truly an exceptional Doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Patel for my MS for over a decade. He is far and above the best neurologist I've ever seen (I went through many with insurance changes over the years). He is knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the time you need during your appointments. His staff, however, is lackluster. Every appointment is rescheduled. When they reschedule, if they don't get a hold of you, they call your emergency contacts (they did this to me on a day I had surgery - you can imagine the uproar it caused in my family!). Amazing doctor. Unprofessional office staff.
