Dr. Riley is great! He listens to and most effectively addresses your concerns. He doesn’t rush into doing surgery while considering other conservative options first. His office is so well-managed that I look forward to going there. I wish I had gone there sooner!

I was so happy Dr Riley is no longer at the VA. I had a great appointment. He is honest and caring. I was able to get an xray and discuss options in less than an hour.

Highly recommend Dr Riley for any foot and ankle problem. Very professional and empathetic to every situation without immediately pushing surgery. He takes his time to explain all options and treatments and gives the patient peace of mind. He truly is passionate about his work and his patients!!

I saw Dr. Riley today because of an ingrown toenail. He took so much time to talk to me about the causes of ingrown toenails and other concerns about my feet as a whole. He answered every question I had with patience and care. He did not push the minor surgery involved with ingrown toenails, was conservative about treatment options, and wanted to make sure I was informed and comfortable with treatment options. Dr. Riley, his nurse, and the staff at ETSU Surgery made this experience much easier.

For the first time in a very long time, we have hope that my husband's foot problems brought on by diabetes can be treated. Dr. Riley believes that his circulation issues can be treated. He has not walked much in nearly 5 years. Finally we are getting treatment
