Dr Randon is sub par and a shotty Dr that will inflict pain on you and them make up a stupid excuse. I went to the Carolina fertility institute and all the sudden the doctor answered my questions and the test didn't hurt so much I had to miss a day of work. Supposedly Dr Ransom went to the Medical school my grandfather was on the board of and helped establish, but this man didn't even know my grandfathers name, eventhough it happened during this man's education? These people are idiots and have to fax everything. The best IVF clinic is an hour down the road. Go.

Today was our first visit. The nurse in the front desk was very kind! She is an sweetheart, very helpful and patient with our questions, took her time to answer everything we needed to know. Dr Mark Ransom was so kind too. He is very knowledgeable, clearly knows what he's talking about. Very patient with my hearing disability and made sure I understood everything he was saying and very clear with instructions & what to expect in next few appointment. I left feeling hopeful. I'm so happy we decided to come here, looking forward to work with them! Praying for success!

I'm 46 and started with IUI, and both failed; knowing time wasn't on my side, we moved on to IVF. Dr.Randsom was always very honest about my statistics and my Egg quality but always followed with “I’ll do It whatever you'd like me to do.” He's NEVER made me feel my choice was bad it the wrong one or that believing In my body was not Even an option. Sure, donor eggs would be better, but he allowed me to decide. I’ve always been treated so sweet by his Nurse Lacie. She's always willing to answer all my questions and knowing how hard Fertility issues are it's such a relief be treated with such kindness and feel that they ALL are Cheering us on as we start this journey. I've never felt any question I asked was dumb, and he made time for me so when I left, I felt good About my appointment. This is a GREAT place, and everyone I've met and spoken with there along this journey has been incredible, and I d mean EVERYONE. A special thanks to the sweet ladies that Welcome you the moment you walk in It's like having an extended family who understands and support me and my choices. They all know my heart's desire and truly want my to Dreams come true This was our First IVF today, so not pregnant (yet) but if this doesn't work, it's no fault of this amazing Facility Dr. Ransom and his team have been excellent and gave me all the same care as anyone else Going through IVF. We got10 eggs today and I feel without his passion and the knowledge that at the age of 46 this couldn't have happened. So a BIG Thank you to everyone who works there we could feel your prayers and support when we went in today for our egg retriVeal Its been a journey, but thankfully we had a great team backing us all the way. It showing you care by the way you treat us. I know I'm more than just a patient ❤️
