Very rude don't know why they keep her she likes to look down at people does not return her calls.do not recommend her at all save yourself some grief don't go.Does not keep appointments up to date.
I have used Dr. Copeland as a physician in the past and she was very attentative and helpful. The office was busy but Dr. copeland took her time and asked very pertinent questions. I felt comfortable
She never addressed a single patient complaint, just racked up a bunch of charges but never asked about or ordered X rays for the two likely broken fingers that brought me in. If you’re looking for an intelligent, articulate, compassionate and attentive physician, she ain’t the one. Seems hung up on her title, too. Impress me with your skills lady, your sheepskin means nothing in 2022.
To begin, this is a teaching facility. So to begin with, you are going to meet with a medical student still in their residency before meeting with Dr Copeland. I was fine with this because they do make that clear. So in essence, you have to meet with this student doctor, then the student doctor is supposed to meet with Dr Copeland to go over what they did, what they see, etc. then Dr Copeland comes in and you have to repeat the process. But to be honest, I liked my student doctor better than Dr Copeland. She obviously didn't meet with the student doctor, she didn't know what medications i was currently on, so I had to go over all of that info again. Then the office didn't call in my prescription to the pharmacy, so I had to make two trips to the pharmacy. Not impressed and will likely be looking elsewhere for a PCP. Not horrible or anything, just think there is a better fit elsewhere.

very rude left me hang on labe going on two weeks,
left me hanging on a lab test she the rudes doctor do not go toher.
I strongly do NOT recommend this physician. My grandmother went there for years and she begin treating her like she didn’t matter and her health and problems was not important. She ignored her when she tried to speak to her and was very rude and unprofessional.
This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Told her my issue and she said can't help you with that. Then why are you a doctor. She needs to retire. Wasted so much money at this doctor. If you want to see a doctor she's not the one.
Terrible bedside manner. Does not seem competent to do proper physical exams. Appears to rely to heavily on her residents to do the work for her. Seems to exhibit a narcissistic personality. Will NOT return. ‘Board certified’ means nothing here if you can’t do your job well. Recommend ANYONE else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
