Very disappointed in Dr Rebecca Austin. I had appointment and brought my MRI with me. She said she couldn’t read it because my disc got stuck in their reader . She was very unprofessional saying that my disc caused her reader to tear up . Then she said that she couldn’t help me with my pain in my back . I had a compressed fracture that is causing me pain and numbness down my legs . I ask to speak with Dr Dulebohn but she asked why wasn’t her evaluation good enough. I left without any help from her . Very disappointed.. So now I’m going to a different Dr where they can help me.

Dr Austin really listened to me. She didn’t rush to offer surgery or pain meds, as other doctors have, in past.

Absolutely the most professional and kind doctor you will ever meet! She takes the time to listen to your issues and works very hard to get you the best possible outcome. I appreciate her honesty and value her opinions. Also,she explains everything to you,reviews your tests with you,so that you have a better understanding of your issue. I highly recommend Dr.Rebekah Austin to anyone with any neurological issue. You won't find a more attentive physician!

Never!!! Dr. Austin did not act very professional at all, she is a very, very rude person. She was very, very disrespectful to me, she said a lot of very rude things to me the whole time I was there. I would never recommend anyone to ever go to see her. I REALLY, REALLY REGRET THAT I DID NOT RECORD MY VISIT WITH HER!!!

I saw Dr. Austin in the Fall of 2008. She is a very capable and personable doctor. Seems to be very busy and spent less than five minutes with me. Her assistant was very knowledgeable and did spend time to explain. I was treated by Pain Mgmt in Johnson City and have had really good results after three epidurals. However, the doctor's office has not sent my reports to my personal physician to this date (10/05/15) even though I have requested them on at least three occasions. I am now having a lot of trouble with my back again and I will probably go back to Dr. Austin if she is available. Hopefully my referring physician will get reports this time.
