Was told twice they take bcbs. They even ran my info and confirmed but they only take medicade...so waste of time

I've been going here for probably close to 3 years now. In the beginning, it was great but here recently... If I see a different doctor or a different nurse, they ALWAYS get my prescriptions wrong. It never fails. So now not only is it costing me more money to go up their in the first place...but to have to drive all the way back up there to talk to them in person because they won't answer the phone! And to top it off, I pay for a month but only get a 2 week supply. What's up with that? I believe if you mess it up on the same day that you went to the doctor...then it should be fixed on the same day as well!!

Made an appointment 4wks in advance. Got a text reminder the day before my appt. Day of, i drove 30min to get there, and showed up 30min early, like I was told to do. When I got there, the lady told me, "Oh, we meant to call you... We're not taking new patients, now, until November."(2 months away) So unprofessional. I'm still absolutely bewildered by this experience.

This place ,for the the most part ,is good and the male doctor is as well ,but there is a female doctor there who doesn’t know anything about what she is doing and uses her personal bias, which is a terrible bias by the way, as her decision making instead of medical knowledge.

I am a new patient here and I am very impressed with the Doctors , the counselors and the entire staff! If you are serious about your recovery I recommend this place 100%. The staff and everyone there are very friendly, understanding and really care about your recovery. But if you're not serious about your recovery please don't take up someone else's appointment time. This is a top-of-the-line recovery Center and I believe that they take their job very serious here just as we should take our recovery very serious. They are there to help
