He is the best ! He is a very compassionate doctor and I will never forget him getting me into surgery quickly after he discovered I had a herniated disc. Before surgery he asked if he could pray with me which I will never forget.

My husband was seen by Dr. Duncan as a new patient yesterday. Scheduling was easy and the appointment day and time (5 p.m.) was readily available, not months down the road. His staff (front desk, check in, RN, and X-ray tech) promptly took care of us and were professional an courteous. Not once were we left to sit, wait an wonder what was going on in the process of our visit. Dr. Duncan was very easy to speak with and he was a great listener. He was prepared and understood my husbands condition prior to speaking with us, as he had reviewed the documents, images and my husbands medical history we provided, to include an X-ray they took (he gave us a copy of that image for our records). He conducted a few manual test on my husbands hand and arm strength, and reflexes. He was totally prepared to tell us the current condition from my husbands previous surgery. Answered all our question and thoroughly explained. Never rushing us, and in a very personal manner showing real interest! Dr. Duncan is extremely professional, courteous and thorough! A true pleasure, down to earth... speaks in terms you can understand. Dr. Duncan did not rush thru our visit, was focused on my husbands condition and needs, very impressive no unnecessary procedures or revisits required.

Dr. Duncan is a caring professional. He explains the situation clearly and involves the patient in their possible solutions. He takes the time to understand the patients concerns and has never been in a rush to surgery. He in fact made it clear that surgery was a last resort and many times will not solve the problem completely. It is a pleasure to come visit this practice and I would highly recommend them for any related medical issues.
