Good experience. Yesterday, my first visit, the place was very busy, so I settle down for a long wait. I was processed and in the back in less than five minutes. Front end staff are pros. Well trained and supervised. Seem glad to be at work.They took x-rays and a short time later the doctor popped in to talk to me. Smart young man. Paid attention when I spoke. Explained why my back was giving me hell, what I could do about it, what I couldn't do about it and prescribed some medicine that I'm glad to say is making it a whole lot less painful this morning. I wish going to the doctor was this easy all the time.

Dr. Scott MacDonald always takes time to not only discuss your health issues, but also is concerned about you, as a person. Since seeing Dr. MacDonald for back pain that has plagued me for a couple years, in a few short months he has me doing things (physically), that I thought I would never be able to do...ever again. He and Watauga Orthopaedics have my trust. God bless you all!

Prior to surgery, I had difficulty walking from my office to the parking lot. Post-surgery, I walk 1-2 miles each day and have walked as much as four miles in one day. Dr. MacDonald has given me my life back!

What an amazing Physician! I had Cauda Equina Syndrome and thanks to God he put Dr. MacDonald in my life. I was afraid and never wanted back surgery (even with my pain). It was emergency surgery, after viewing my MRI Dr. MacDonald called me to come straight to the ER - now. After the surgeries, I was not even sick and had no pain! Unbelievable! I wore my back brace and listened to my doctors instructions. It’s been 6 months and I’m doing great! He listens, assuring me everything is going to be okay and takes his time to make you feel comfortable…he’s wonderful. Thank you Dr. MacDonald for caring and being THE BEST!
