List of Shobha Hiremagalur's Reviews
Dr. Shobha truly cares about her patients and does what is best for them and not her own pocketbook.
Dr.Shocklamori she’s a wonderful dr. I was admitted 3 week of Januvary she was in call at the time, she treated me like my own sister. She was kind & I clearly understood everything she was saying. She cxplain every thing is going to be alright once I have start Diyallis. She was right I feel much better now.She was wonderful person. I love ❤️ her
Never available. Always see assistant. Has to have a stress test they booked it at hospital cost was 2,300 with insurance & was due the day of. Because it was done in hospital & not in a free standing facility . Called around myself with no help from shobas nurse & found same test was $150 at another heart doctors office.
Had a heart test done on 3/19/18 and my first contact was a bill in mail. I called number. They could not tell me anything but the address. I told them I would not pay for a test that I never received results for. I stopped by today and spoke with his nurse today. She informed me that my heart was beating irregular and should get it looked at. Over a month later I find out and this is after I stop by there! I asked why I was not informed. Basically she was argumentative and said it was my fault they didn’t call me.
no contact from Dr. Shobha for more than three weeks after having a heart monitor test for slow heart beat
Dr Shohba as she is called might be a decent cardiologist, but definitely loses when it comes to doctor-patient relationships. She did my cath and I never saw her again while in the hospital. She met with my wife immediately after, but never me. In addition, she never came or sent someone to check me out. I sat at the hospital waiting until late in the afternoon of the following day. I had to threaten to walk out before another doctor came. Never saw her and she'll never see me again.
Never talked to me after cath and 2 stints. Left me stuck at the hospital bc she didn't come or send someone to check me out. I had to threaten to walkout to get the hospital to send someone.
My main complaint is that she left me stuck at the hospital an entire day bc she wouldn't come check me out. Waited and waited. I finally had to threaten to walk out before the hospital sent another doctor to ok my release. My other complaint is she never spoke to me after the procedure to answer questions. I'll never go back to her.
My husband and I met Dr. Shobha at JCMC in his hospital room. She took the time to ask my husband important questions about his health. She explained that she would be putting a stent in him and while she was talking to him he and I both seemed more relaxed. Dr. Shobha took great care of my husband and took the time to talk with me after the procedure. She has compassion for others no doubt and a great bedside manner. I'm glad that she was his doctor that can only be divine intervention.B J Wolf
This cardiologist did a completely unnecessary heart catherization on my mother-in-law. She said what she saw was "shadow"! Yikes!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
