Continuously worse. Once again son has sore throat and not 1 out of five Dr’s can see him but they are so sorry and they would be glad to connect you with their walk in clinic. Also quit interesting as Ms. Emily told me they do have a Dr. Who refuses to se anyone who hasn’t had the Covid shot. This is not a Dr’s office it is a racket. They are not there for your needs and are the ABSOLUTE WORST facility I have EVER seen. They have not done ANYTHING for me or my son. Pathetic! I have NEVER been established with a Dr.’s office that tells you they are not accepting sick patients. Until now! What kind of Dr.’s office is this??? I was told to go to the walk in clinic. The cost of this is higher of course. A racket!!! Or just extremely poor managed facility. I switched my child to this office. For what??? To be told to go to a walk in clinic. Is this some WOKE mentality or just stupidity?? Or both! Read ALL reviews!

The absolute worst facility I have ever come across. They can NEVER see you and over charge for NOTHING. worthless! To boot I was told one of their Doctors refuses. to see anyone who doesn't have the Covid shot. Very professional! The only thing they are on top of is billing. considering their service they are way over payed. Thanks for nothing!

Patients BEWARE. Your Social Security # is easily accessible to EVERY Employee, even brand new ones who just work at the front desk, still under training. How do I know this? A new front desk worker mistakenly printed me a 'page' from the computer viewable to only her, with my upcoming appts listed, instead of just a paper without my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CLEARLY VISIBLE at the top of the page, with my name, address, & phone number. Tried to contact Admin, or IT services, so many levels of Gatekeeping, you cannot find a phone number or email address for ANY OF the ADMIN or upper management. Watch out for your identity getting stolen, very easily by Non-medical employees, or medical ones, who are just clerical, answer phones & check in patients. I also left this concern/complaint on the email us box on the website about an issue, TWICE, and received no response. They need NEW SOFTWARE, they need an IT Dept or Director that is Competent!!

Scheduled an appointment for my husband to see Elizabethton SOFHA Primary care almost 4 weeks ago as a new patient. Over the phone they asked all the questions about his medical history. Proactively, I went to their website to see if there was any new patient paperwork to fill out ahead of time. I completed it all and hit submit and the website did nothing. I tried 6 different times. It didn’t work. I called the office to let them know and they said it was fine. My husband showed up today for his appointment and they told him they couldn’t see him without the paperwork. We won’t be rescheduling. They didn’t even offer to give him the paperwork or resolve the issue on their end of their website not working.
