This office is very friendly and courteous! The therapy room is clean and calm and relaxing!All of the physical therapist there are amazing! I strongly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy!!

I got in faster than expected due to being worked in from a cancellation. There was no wait as I checked in. The staff were friendly. There was very little wait time to see Andy Bolinger. He was very patient and thorough. I felt heard and understood.

5 STARS for SOFA Physical Therapy on Princeton RD in Johnson City, Tn. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful and friendly. Misty works the front desk and if you need help with your appointments or insurance issues she is the best. Carol W. one of the P.T. helped me through shoulder surgery rehab and knee rehab and did an outstanding job instructing and motivating

I highly recommend SOFHA Physical Therapy. I've been treated by them 3 times, twice for knee problems and once for a disk problem. Both issues caused me a lot of pain. The back problem caused sciatica and I was miserable. But after the first couple of visits I was much improved and able to drive and sleep comfortably without any pain medication. My knee pain made walking and going up stairs miserable. Treatment for that fixed the problem and i have been pain free since. I swear by them and their knowledge of the McKenzie method. They are my first choice and my 'go to' when I have any kind of issue that can be helped with physical therapy. I am always confident that they can help me.

Carol Wheelock and the entire staff of SOFHA PT demonstrated the utmost courtesy, service, and knowledgeable medical treatment and education. I came in with an issue that had plagued me for over a year and I left with more strength, flexibility and a good understanding of how to maintain my progress upon my discharge a couple of months later. I am so grateful for this office of incredible practice professionals and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy treatment.

The staff is friendly, professional and easy to schedule . The Therapist explains the issue and ways to improve mobility and decrease pain. We took pictures of the exercises to practice at home.
