Very nice staff. I was done with my CT Scan in minutes! They have some very calming nature pictures and a video fireplace that gives you warm, welcoming feel that helps set your mind at ease. I'm not a fan of doctor's procedures but if I have to go, State of Franklin always seems to put me at ease.

Had to have some imaging done. My doc said, "we'll have someone from Ballad call to schedule after we send the referral over.". Nope. Send me to SOFHA. And he did. Faster scheduling, better parking, in and out in the length of time it would have taken me to get to the department from the parking lot at Ballad facility.From the scheduling call, stopping to pick up contrast through the test there wasn't a hint of problem. Direction for test prep was clear. Staff was kind and fun to deal with.Customer for life.

I had to stop in office a few days prior to my test. The reception when I walked in was very nice. Everyone was eager to assist me. The day of my test was also a great experience. Everything worked like a well oiled machine and they all have wonderful people skills. Very rare these days. This will be my new facility to have my testing at. Thank you all so much

Absolutely do not have anything done here. Go to Franklin Woods instead. If you choose to go to SOFHA, prepare to do everything yourself. You will have to call endlessly, prod them to do your insurance, ask if they sent your paperwork (they didn't). Save yourself the hassle. Franklin Woods is quick and professional, but really anyplace in town would be a better pick than SOFHA.

The staff was nice, the facility was nice, parking was fine, but . . .There was no need for the request to be there 30 mins early. February they only asked for 15 mins. If the additional time is needed then build it into the appointment time, not add it to the front. Plus 30 mins was unnecessary; 15 mins at the most was needed. So make the appointment 09:15 instead of 09:30.

I went to SOFA Imaging to have an ultrasound. They made everything very easy for you including the parking. They were very professional and very courteous and friendly. I will go there again for all my testing!!
