Dr Leicht diagnosed my rare infection and performed facial surgery that looks great! He and his staff were very professional and kind during my treatments. I highly recommend him!!!

My husband Robert has been a patient of Dr Leicht for over 25 years. He recently went for a routine check up. Dr Leicht noticed his legs swelling and questioned other problems and suggested that he go to the hospital immediately. He did and was very sick and hospital kept him there for a week getting his condition corrected We credit Dr. Leicht for saving his life!!!! There is none better in the field than Dr. Leicht. Which dermatologist does a doctor see for his skin concerns? Dr Leicht. As a doctor it is difficult to find good physicians to care for you. They have a tendency to either over or under treat due to some professional insecurities. Not Dr Leicht. Additionally he expertly prescribed an “old” medicine that fixed my issues and didn’t jump to prescribe the newer much more expensive medications.

Dr. Leicht treats the individual and takes the time to listen and answer questions with information appropriate to the situation. He goes well above and beyond what seems to be standard practice with other physicians. He addresses total wellbeing__a rarity today. I've been a patient for about 20 years, and Dr. Leicht has my confidence and trust.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leicht's, on and off due to a chronic condition, for about 7 years. He is unfailingly knowledgeable and professional, and his office staff is responsive and supportive. His treatment options produced the results he laid out with reasonable expectations within the expected amount of time for said results, and explained why certain expectations were not reasonable, using facts and explanations at my level. He makes solid recommendations for care of other aspects of my condition not treated by dermatology and expresses genuine concern for my wellness in aspects of care/being human outside of his specialty. Also, excellent taste in socks! :)

I saw Dr Leicht when he was with a group and and now that he's on his own, it's better than ever. His staff is friendly and Dr Leicht is better than ever. He's a great Dr and person. He's very knowledgeable. Recommend his office which is in Boones Creek.

My mother who lived in SWVA was referred to Dr. Leicht shortly after he started his practice in the tri-cities area. She was a life long patient and referred many family members to him. She had complex medical problems and trusted Dr. Leicht because his medical expertise extended beyond dermatology, He considered the patient's whole medical history which sometimes involved him following up with her other providers. She also found comfort in his compassionate and witty beside manner. My mother's medical condition required frequent skin surgeries and grafts; Dr. Leicht's surgical skills were so precise and artful that I believed he was also a plastic surgeon. I have a history of skin cancers and have been a patient of Dr. Leicht off and on for the past 20 years. I have lived outside of the tri-cities region most of my adult life and have had access to top tier medical facilities...University of Chicago, Shands UF, Thomas Jefferson (Phila) to name a few. Dermatologists at these prestigious institutions showed no advantage over Dr. Leicht....he is equally and sometimes more qualified. So when I have lived closer to tri-cities (including Wash DC) or visited family I have retained Dr. Leicht as my dermatologist. I appreciate and respect him for the same reasons my mother did...clinical knowledge and compassion. If you are looking for a dermatologist who listens, is highly intelligent, focused on diagnosing and treating, and will not suggest unnecessary procedures or treatment, then you will be more than happy with Dr. Leicht.
