Horrible at getting a call back regardless of your need! My husband has been waiting for 3 weeks for a surgery date to remove a big mass from his bladder and in excruciating pain and we have heard nothing! I have called 3 or 4 times and no return calls! The NP he seen the 4 days ago because his symptoms getting worse even put “high priority” on it for the schedulers and you guessed it STILL NO CALL! My advice would be to go elsewhere! We may be making a trip to someone out of the area soon! 😡
I had an appointment, I called and no one answered so I left a voicemail I needed it canceled because something came up, I received a call back I explained it the woman I talked to and she said I didn't have appointment scheduled so they must have already canceled well fast forward and I get a 50 dollar bill for a no show I called and they say I didn't cancel and I can't make another appointment till it's paid, which I don't have the extra money and I feel I shouldn't have to pay when I did indeed cancel my appointment.
My appointment was at 2:15 today. I arrived at 1 45. Around 2:30 I ask the nurse to check on my paperwork because they were taking people that arrived way after me. Her reply was they were waiting on beds . After 3:00 they started calling people that just walked in. I left without getting to see a doctor. Very upset 😡. And my doctor ( Dr. Bearid ) who I was supposed to have the appointment with. Wasn't there.
I have a Kidney Stone blocking one side of my Urethra. My doctor sent a stat order to Johnson City Urology on June 16th for me to be seen. Well, they never called the following week, I called my doctor and his nurse called them. They finally called late in the day and promised me the scheduler would call the next day, they never did. I had to get a Urologist in Greenville to work me in. Judging from the reviews it's obvious they need to have a house cleaning starting with the Office Manager. Terrible customer service.
First off they scheduled my appointment without even checking with me then I called multiple times and never got a call back. I left multiple voicemails never got a phone call back then came to my doctors visit paid $50 to basically get told. I need antibiotics when I need surgery this office really needs to get there stuff together the doctor didn’t even come to see me and wonted me to come back after I gess they think everyone is made of money help people the first time be a doctor what a joke or health care system is in Tennessee just a big money racket
They don't care about the patients. Let 70 80 year old people stand to to check in for 30 minutes. It's all about the money.
Do not go here. This has to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful people you'll ever meet. Zero office management and staff talks trash straight your face "all speciality clinics run behind" I was told. Wrong ones that over book and have poor skill do which this clinic is.
My husband is a patient there and you can forget about talking to anyone in the office. I have emailed them in the past with no reply and my husband called about bloodwork and still hasn’t had a call returned. I have never dealt with a doctors office that is like this. It’s very frustrating to say the least.
Love my doctor there. Very friendly staff and very nice building.
Dr Tongco has been excellent with my kidney stone issue. He listened, and cares when no other doctor would.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
