Terrible bedside manner, dismissed my pain, and was rude. Rushed through my procedure and didn't care I was in pain. Completely unprofessional and overall a very negative experience with this doctor.
Terrible bedside manner, dissmive of my pain, and rude.
If you are comfortable being a pin cushion, being yanked off your medications abruptly, in a dangerous manner (contraindicated to the directions on the medication printouts) AND being talked down to like a peasant by a king then William Williams is the doctor for you. Absolute scum. Makes sense........ he's running for political office off
He has been an extremely reliable doctor over the last 10 years. He has shown compassion in the presence of pain and persistence in uncertainty. He is professional and ethical. I think he makes his decisions in order to do no harm, weighing benefit with the likelihood of adverse outcome.
I have been a patient of Dr Turney Williams for past six years. My experience with him and his staff has been wonderful. Dr. Williams' seems very knowledgeable in his field and caring about his patients needs. The treatment Dr. Williams' has given me over past six years has brought me pain relief so that I can enjoy traveling with family again and lessened my daily pain so that I can survive a less painful life For that, me and my family are truly thankful.
Dr. Williams was very rude with my visit. Made me feel like I was just there for medication instead of having a better quality of life. Not a place that you want to go for any lenght of time. I like a Dr who cares about me as their patient. You will only find this when you first start going here and then they treat you like they are doing you a favor.Be ware to change to this Dr.
By far the worst doctor ive ever seen. Rude hateful and unpleasent experience
I have to say that I have been seen in the JC office and this time at the kingsport office, and the staff and nurses are so much more pleasant at the Kingsport office, or it was this time anyway.. Dr. Williams did an excellent procedure and was very blunt with my my diagnosis, so this was a really good visit..Hope if I have to continue that I am as pleased with the next visit as this one.
being a patient of any pain management person is hard today due to all the dope heads out there. the best thing I can say about this office was the amount of time in which they can schedule for an initial appointment. they also allow for a person to be seen in a timely manner in relationship to when the appointment is and when you get there. the problem with William Williams is, however, that he only cares about the almighty dollar. he isnt very concerned about the pain his patients suffer. more likely that he wants to perform the most costly procedures on his patients. if you can not afford these procedures, then he abruptly discharges you from his service. never mind that a person is suffering. sure, his practice accepts several insurance types. but, as with all insurances, co-pays are needed. if you owe money to the practice, policy is to deny services unless you pay toward your balance at the time of the appointment. and, as stated above, if you can not afford or are reluctant to have a more costly, risky procedure, he will discharge you from his practice.
Dr. Williams was great. This was the 2nd time I have seen him for an epidural. But for some reason the woman in the front office is not very friendly and a couple of the nurses or assistants are the same way. The atmosphere is not good at all. They really need a radio or tv in the waiting area because the dead silence is not very conducive for a pain management facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
