Their price was double what I usually pay and they did not upload my CDL medical exam documents to the state. I almost lost my license because of it. I went in to have them resolve this and they said it was done. I called the state and they said it was not done. I had to upload them myself.

I waited over 2 hrs to be seen. I had an appointment but that means nothing there. The waiting room out front was freezing. It was so cold most people went back to their car.

The lobby was really cold. The wait was long just for a blood test. But the staff where professional and courteous.

DO NOT ENTER THIS FACILITY!!! Medical assistant in the reception area had no clue who owned them, how to process the electronic link I was sent, nurse or CNA was not competent, the nurse practitioner was a complete joke. All of the staff except the male up front were dirty, even their clothes were dirty. The CNA or nurse had on a sweatshirt and the lab coat of the nurse practitioner was dirty. Such an unprofessional environment. Luckily they gave my money back. Apparently they are aware that their care is lacking. Fast pace should be completely embarrassed. Would’ve given them a negative rating if possible. Left this facility w o treatment or RX. Called Teledoc and had a video conference and in less than ten minutes I had the antibiotic RX that was needed to make me well! Don’t waste your time by going to Fast Pace in Jonesborough. If you have the option, use Teledoc instead. They understand how to run a professional business. Fast Pace obviously does not.

Extremely slow for poor service. Prescribe whatever they can to get you out the door, have no interest in figuring out the real problem. Not to mention the nurse refused to let my wife come back with me stating it was "policy" but let other patients bring their family back before and after I went back. If it's "policy" it should be for every patient. Very rude employees we will not be back
